A severe disease of the tissues that surrounds the eyes containing eyelids, cheek and eyebrow is called as orbital cellulite. This generally happens in the following conditions:
Expansion of infectivity from the periorbital formations
Straight vaccination of the orbit from shock or surgical procedure
Hematogenous increase from bacterium
Causes of Cellulite Orbital
This is a hazardous contamination in kids which is usually developed from organism Hemophilus influenzae and sinus infection. Orbital cellulite is also associated due to other organisms like staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus and more. The following are some possible causes of orbital cellulite:
Severe ear infections
Pneumonia
Inflammation of the epiglottis
Meningitis

Diagnosis of Cellulite Orbital

It is performed to detect whether the microorganisms such as mycobacteria, bacteria or fungus are present in the cells of the blood. A blood sample is taken from the sufferer and then it is tested under laboratory.

Treatment
One must contact the physician in emergency. In some cases, hospitalization is also needed. Four kinds of fluids are provided with antibiotics to the sufferer to reduce the cellulite orbital.
Preventions
Untimely treatment of the eyes infection and proper examination must be performed to prevent the kids from the expansion of cellulite orbital.
Vaccination through HiB vaccine must be provided to the kids as per the plans to prevent from the Hemophilus contamination.
