What is Yoga? FAQ for beginners

Is Yoga a religion?

No, it is not a religion. The psychological and physical advantages of it are original. Yoga is not classified in gender, race, political persuasion and religion. The advantages are not based on mantra Om. Yoga is linked to the Hinduism tradition and drawn from various Hindu faiths such as Atman, Karma, reincarnation, dharma etc.

What does Hatha Mean?
